Learn at your own pace
For some content like math, research has shown that students actually learn better using video lessons at home, at their own pace. So continue to watch the teacher video as many times as you need to, and come join then join the virtual classzoom feeling confident.

Learn together, in a “ClassZoom”
Learning is about discovery and sharing ideas, and our live, synchronous virtual instruction each morning brings us to come together to learn together. Ask questions, challenge ideas, participate in Advisory, and make the best of a new way of learning by staying engaged.

Monitor scholar progress
Every lesson ends with an Exit Ticket that tells teachers whether scholars were successful in learning. And unit quizzes and tests tell us what we need to review and when we can move on. Grades are not judgements; they communicate what we still need to do for you

Targeted support services
Our ELD and reading intervention programs offer some scholars with the individualized learning programs beyond the normal school day. Scholars are also encouraged to speak with our guidance team for social emotional support, and to drop by to teacher’s office hours.
